Mouse is an orderly person and finds herself reading signs a lot. And gets tickled.

Ha! And don't by any means offer the penguin a bottle of wine. They are mean drunks.
Sign two could also be: Penguins are not allowed to have wine, dogs, or fire. Sign four could be: No Nene's eating on the picnic tables available.
