Choosing to eat healthy can have its challenges. It is easy to get lazy and head out for the closest fast food joint. Exercising and eating right involves commitment. One thing that I have done to help with spicing up our supper dishes is to use our Weber Performer grill. I can cook all our meat, veggies as well as fruit for dessert on the grill. By using the grill, it burns off any unnecessary fat as well as bringing out the sweetness of veggies and fruit.

By eating better and daily exercise, I not only feel better physically but I also find that I have much more energy. With the new year upon us everyone starts to think about what kind of goals they want to set for the new year to come. When we think about goal setting usually it is something like wanting to lose weight, exercising more, working harder at work, or just being happy. These are great goals but if you do not really want to do something you will not. When setting goals you need to think hard about what you really want to change or work on. Then you need to find some way that will help you remember that goal, if it is placing notes around your home, setting an alarm on your phone at a certain time of day that you are supposed to be fulfilling your goal, or recruiting someone else to give you a little nudge now and then to help you remember. Whatever it is make sure that you keep the thought up front in your mind and you will make your goal for the year.
